Pros

The benefits like vacations and holidays paid are nice as well as being able to build relationships with your customers

Cons

Short staffed, management, micro managing, no opportunity for growth, unrealistic expectations of employees, no employee recognition or appreciation. Managers can't afford to lose employees in branch so they refuse to let them move up.

Pros

Holidays off and bank hours.

Cons

The recruiters are paid to hire you for way less than you're asking for by promising you these amazingly unrealistic bonuses. Regionals micro manage way too much and cause such a stressful work environment on management which makes it stressful on us. Citizens bank does not care for its customers or employees! They only care about their checks and how you can impact that! They'll shoot you when you're down and give no recognition when you're up. Everything is EXTREMELY outdated. My entire branch is new, people randomly quit other branches. Nobody knows what they're doing here, management is even new. Customers constantly complain about always having new people.
