Great People Opportunity for advancement Plenty of PTO and Bank Holidays (10 paid) Monday thru Friday (some weekends, not many) 9 to 5 work (limited nights until 7)

Cons

Poor computer system, slow and outdated Retail incentive plan is nothing special, very hard to make a worthwhile bonus Checking account focus is crazy Out, dirty branches.... last updated in the 60's

Moving the bank and your career forward are management's focus and you will be challenged to stretch and develop new skills.

Cons

As with all financial institutions, the rigorous regulatory and statutory environment requires analysis of current processes and procedures and rethinking how we support our business and customers. This is a challenge if you are not flexible and willing to adapt to change in your work environment.
