Pros

I've been with Claim Academy for more than a year now, and working with them has been rewarding. One of the things I admire about Claim Academy is the excellent organizational culture that is highly visible in how staff interact and treat other staff members. Staff at Claim Academy, no matter your position or years of experience, are treated with great respect and are encouraged to do the same with students. Staff often partake in meetings that help shape their perceptions and better the services they render to students and the general public. Claim Academy provides the platform for staff creativity, diversity/inclusion, excellence in performance among staff members, and various opportunities that allow staff members to achieve their career goals.

Cons

Not a fortune 500 company yet.

Great Company With Good People

Pros

Great culture. Owner of the company is great to work for. Is willing to listen to new ideas and always proactive when it comes to pushing new ideas. The school make sure students need always come first. Respect and value each employee also.

Cons

Going the extra miles to ensure successful graduation of students may not sit well with some people. You are expected to keep learning new technology that is transferred to class learning.

Awesome Place To Work

Pros

The owner of the company is a class act. Very humble and willing to listen to staffing needs. An extremely hard worker that puts his staff and students need first. The company has done an excellent job of helping students with job opportunities. This is a company that continues to grow and all the positivity clearly outweighs some of the learning pains of running business during tough times. I love the monthly events where past students show up and talk about their job experiences and provide guidance to current students. Highly recommend Claim Academy as a place to work.

Cons

I don't see any. Students are encouraged to excel. Staff are encouraged to bring new ideas that help students to succeed.
