As a working mom who is learning to balance work and home life Clancy has been very considerate in my transition back to work. Everything I have needed to do for my family Clancy has been very supportive and it's made work life easier for me.

Good company culture and care about their employees. The Clancy’s are good folks and very engaged with the company. Easy to assimilate with the other employees. Very welcoming.

Cons

Raleigh being the HQ, it’s been challenging to remember all the names and faces.
