Always treated well. I retired at 65 years old after 17 years as a Superintendent. Hated to leave. Great people to work with. Professional all the way.

Cons

Just normal construction. frequent long hours, short schedules

Most employees are very dedicated and work cohesively and diligently as a team. Go to great lengths to get the job done.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement are only for certain individuals. Those individuals are compensated considerably more if they are part of the chosen few by upper management.
