Great company good benefits lots of O/T good coworkers the company pays for tools that help get the job done which is awesome

Cons

Some superintendents arent good they give power to some of the wrong people and they miss alot of small details

If you out of the home office you are treated very well. Its very unusual to have a layoff even ion slow work times. Not picky about dinner with client expense report.

Cons

Your employment might depend on who has one of the owners ear at the moment.
