Pros

Coworkers are great and you can't best living in the Lake Tahoe area

Cons

Paranoia amongst the folks who are running the place is creepy (the CIO likes to watch the surveillance footage in his spare time...). The CEO tries to act like he is a high and mighty Christian but when you get him behind closed doors he is anything but that. I have never met a group of more fake people in my life.

- no diversity or inclusion - CEO does not want to evolve or change the processes, only cares about the employees that have been there long term, plays favorites - is not transparent about company performance or revenue - company will never scale as those that are in leadership roles have never worked anywhere else and do not want to take advice from others - Fiance team does not know how to forecast

I'm required to type five words in this section in order to submit, but there is literally NOTHING good to say about this horrid company.

Cons

Hired August of '16, heard rumors of layoffs by early October. Was lied to every time I inquired about the layoffs. Was laid off by phone, the Friday before Christmas. For the position I worked, I was tasked with harassing home inspectors to take on assignments, harass them every five minutes about their progress or lack thereof, and then to harass them on minute details of discrepancies in regard to their report writing.
