Actions Speak Louder Than Their Core Value Cards
Pros
I can only speak for my experience and my team - not all had the same. The people were all extremely hardworking. Provided basic equipment needed to do our roles remotely in 2020.
Cons
It seemed like the longer a person was there, the less they were valued. New hires were treated like royalty. Red carpet rolled out, all the best equipment, perks, etc. Very micromanaging place. Every single detail had to be approved by management. If your staffs production showed like 7 minutes of down time, you'd have to "provide coaching." Once they acquired the two other companies, everything seemed to begin to go downhill. They will captivate you with the core values and how much they "put people first" but it all fades quickly. Promotions seem promising but they often just end up bringing someone from outside the company.
