Pros

No supervisor or management to bother you. Watch u tube all day and surf fave book . The majority of the reviews post and accurate picture. Your paid low 15 per hr to set push some buttons. If you like that more power to you.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement. No training, turn over is very high that's why you see a lot of openings. I is NOT DUE TO GROWTH. Company is losing a lot of business and trying to retain what it has. No money or effort invested in training as low margins for BPO's. Thus low pay and not cost effective to train. Lots of temps work here for that reason. and just get the product out sacrificing quality

Great Vision, Poor Execution

Pros

ClearCapital has energetic and focused Leaders. Duane and Kevin have an amazing vision and are truly focused on leading their company into the future. Pay (for me) was really good. I was overwhelmed at the bay area rates this close to Reno. I've seen a good number of people get promotions and drive their own career paths within the company.

Cons

Technology VPs have no idea whats going. Direction and Vision in the technology group is not shared with staff. The tech group is very fragmented and often pitted against each other. Benefits, I've read other posts about Benefits at ClearCapital; Honestly they are a joke. - Obama-Care offers the similar medical coverages, for about the same rates. - Merit review/increases for a *top* employee were garbage (less than 3%) - Vacation days barely exist. - No profit sharing. - After working until 8am-3am, they expect you on site at 8am to start the day.

Pros

If you are a robot and nothing else and you can do 50hr weeks - processing volumes of reports - 100 a day expectation with a hawkish gestapo overhead and ridiculous pressure for more more more - then maybe that's a positive for you. And oh, if you never want to see your family ever - sleep 3 hrs a night - this is your gig.

Cons

Absolutely inhumane management. Baby sick, not a family emergency - give us a 48 hour notice - really? If you are smart, you are doomed to be picked on and sat on. Where in the world do you have teenagers managing MBAs? Most ridiculous system of divide and rule. Felt my neck knot up going to work and felt like a pressure cooker release leaving.
