Clear Capital seems committed to keeping an stable, year-round employer in Truckee and those of us who seek a professional and steady work environment appreciate that! Getting to live and work in Truckee is key to my quality of life. The people that work at Clear Capital are top notch and I'm grateful that there is an environment like this in such a small town.

Cons

As Clear Capital grows, it's difficult to know all of your fellow employees. It would be awesome if we could all be housed in one building and maybe have more team interaction.

Very monotonous with next to no possibility for advancement.

Paid medical and great co-workers.

Cons

Low pay, high pressure, mandatory OT, "yes man" culture. New CFO has instituted payscale that cut annual raises by roughly 2/3rds. Annual raises are now all but non-existent.

Absolutely the worst working experience in my career with no chance to grow or get a salary increase with an entry level $15/hour
