Pros

Working doesn't really feel like work when you're surrounded by such fun/creative/hardworking people here at ClickDimensions. Every single person has a contagious energy and passion for what they do. The culture is something you truly can't beat.

Cons

None come to mind. ClickDimensions has been an amazing place to work. I wake up every day excited to get to the office.

Pros

The company culture here makes the biggest difference. Great work-life balance. Work Remotely. The company is still in the growth stage so the staff is really passionate and mostly operate autonomously. The CEO & Management are personable, caring, and welcoming. Being an extension of a Microsoft Product also offers a comforting sense of job security. Additionally, the product we sell is incredible. If you are looking for a place with a friendly atmosphere and a work hard, play hard mentality, then ClickDimensions is the right place for you.

Cons

The base salary compensation is a little below industry average, however, the benefits & immediate 401k matching do make up for it.
