Pros

Being a design consultant has many benefits. I mostly work my own hours, and get the freedom to design a unit as I see fit - there are no rules! There's also tons of training that's constantly updated, so it shows you the company cares.

Cons

You are working on your own, so if you get lonely easily, it can be tough. Luckily, however, management is friendly and accommodating.

Flexible schedule Great co-workers Perfect for stay at homes moms re-entering the workforce

Cons

Earning potential was greatly over promised No mileage reimbursement Had to supply own PC laptop before training, Mac didn't work so I had to invest $900 bucks only to learn that it wasn't for me. Takes forever to get your 1st decent check and I doubt that I'll ever get paid for the sales I made. Ownership plays favorites, if you're not the star of the month you'll get ignored.

An Amazing Place to Work!

Pros

Training provided, A great atmosphere to work in. Unlimited potential for income. No day is the same and never a dull moment. Owner is there daily and very involved with the business as well as making sure the client's are happy. Could not imagine working any where else as it feels great to be excited to go to work everyday.

Cons

Hard not to do full time as you will be very busy with hours all over the place.
