Some nice colleagues who make the otherwise intolerable days tolerable.

Cons

Stifling, oppressive management. Uncreative, frightened, insecure, threatened people who run the whole place by the seat of their egos prevent the company from being anything more than boring and mediocre.

Pros

Working for The Closet Factory I meet new people every week. Build business relationships and not just gain clients but some clients even become great friends. The Closet Factory is always willing to satisfy the clients vision no matter what extremes everyone as a team has to go through and that is why I am proud to be a design consultant for The Closet Factory.

Cons

Some clients can be difficult but no matter what career you have there are always going to be challenges.

Pros

Work life balance, flexibility of schedule, commission based income, great staff, and led by one of the finest gentlemen you will ever meet. The owner is customer focused to the point I have seen him loose a lot of money on jobs repairing and replacing mistakes from installers on his dime to make sure the customer got all and more than they expected. He is one of the finest individuals you will ever meet and is willing to make sacrifices to help his team succeed.

Cons

Not any I can think of.
