Pros

Your time is your own - you decide which days you work or not (in my case 6 a week=) Get to meet a lot of diverse people throughout your territory, great for socializers For those in sales - like me - its good the company is head and shoulders above competitors Lots of on the job learning of many diverse skills

Cons

It can be a hectic and non-profitable job for those not cut out for it and not willing to put in the time/effort - its all on you!

Pros

You can have flexible hours, you can stay in your area, though sometimes they give you lousy leads too far away.

Cons

Some leads are just not good, sometimes the addresses are even wrong. The people manning the phones can be great or can be idiots, who play favorites.

Pros

Opportunity to determine your own schedule; autonomy in pursuing sales and making decisions.

Cons

100% commission. Compensation is low. Competition is very high and very competative. Closet Factory is the higher priced alternative, so always having to justify product when sometimes there is very little differentiation.
