The sales management at the Nissan location in Moon Twp was horrible, The constant belittling and harassment was overwhelming on a daily basis. From being screamed at behind the glass or being insulted in front of the sales staff, This was a very unpleasant workplace environment. The GM was okay, But the sales management below him were terrible and would actually cost me deals when coming to do a “hard close” at my desk due to their arrogance. The pay plan was also worse than any dealership I have ever worked at, When working 11 hour shifts and getting only a small portion (very small) of the front end gross on used vehicles this made it very difficult to make a livable wage.
