Great if you want to work long hours with minimal pay

Pros

Easy work. Decent health benefits and hourly employees get decent vacation hours. Ability to grow 401K.

Cons

Upper management wants change, but won't take the necessary steps to make it better for employees. People play favorites. Work is expected to be your top priority. (easily 12 hr days at least once a week) When you ask for days off based on your overtime, it's difficult to obtain. Micromanaging when deadlines are approaching.

Pros

Incredible team of professionals that can do just about anything. Collaboration is encouraged. Micromanagement is kept to a minimum with real actions and debate. Teams are able to create and implement various parts of an engagement in house from printing to production allowing total control of the message.

Cons

finding a good parking spot can be an issue if you are late.
