Really fun place to work, filled with great people

Pros

It feels like a team, almost a family. We are given plenty of autonomy and there’s a belief that we are all professionals and know our roles. Management is caring and you know where you stand, and our managers definitely look out for our employees. We work on fun projects and high profile events... I have already gotten a good friend hired on and a couple more work as contract labor for events. I wouldn’t have my friends come in if I didn’t believe in the company.

Cons

Event work is tough, and requires time and discipline. I grew up in the event world so I knew what to expect. There are times that the pressure cooker really heats up, so be aware going in.

Pros

Great team environment where you can grow your skills and achieve great things if you’re willing to put in the work. Great people all focused on growth for the company and the team. Lots of opportunity for advancement, demonstrated by the current team. Fun place to work!

Cons

Event business is a lifestyle choice. If you don’t like working hard and/or you don’t like working events on the weekend this is not the place for you.
