The work environment is fun, I'm paid well, I get the time off I need. Frankly I just don't have time to write the novel that it would require to properly emphasize how much I love working here.

you can work whenever you want to.

Cons

you're expected to work everyday of the week and doesn't give out a weekly schedule and no communication to the part time people.
