      Remote lifestyle, ability to flex your skill set, PTO

      Cons

      It's a startup company and it does take a certain perspective to go through these rapid changes with employee growth, system changes, etc. This can lead to some tough work/life balance; however, the leadership does a good job with making sure you still have time to breathe and can make that time up later.

      Pros

      Remote is a positive and the actual teams do work really hard and seem to care about each others success. Pay was inline with the industry but not great. The product is actually pretty good.

      Cons

      I have never seen a C level person treat her direct reports and their employees with as much disrespect and intimidation. It was like "battered partner" syndrome. Would often time berate people in front of others and then shower them with a gift of some type in the next group setting. This type of bullying should not be tolerated and is toxic to the teams and the culture. The senior leadership team are all friends and follow each other from company to company so 'outsiders' have a target on them when they bring in new ideas and approaches.
