Working with Cohere Health has been amazing! One of the pros of this job would be that the company actually cares about their employees like no other! They actually listen to you and try to accommodate in any way they can. Another pro is that the company periodically sends out gifts that show their appreciation to their employees. The company also gives out PTO every pay period which is AMAZING! This is the greatest company that I have ever worked for, they are for you and not against you! They want to help you succeed and there is also opportunity to grow within the company.

Pros

Growth, Voluntary Time Off, PTO, Supervisors & Leadership is great, and they care. The atmosphere is professional but laid back. Health benefits start day one. Training was easy to follow, and help is just a click away literally

Cons

We are on zoom the whole shift minus breaks and lunch but even if you are on zoom it's just for support. I have been her for 2 months and have not found anything to think of as a con.
