Not a great experience

Pros

The culture is celebratory in some of the internal teams. You can't make any mistakes without being threatened with your job security so you are forced to learn quickly.

Cons

The most immoral leaders I have ever worked with. There are no clear parameters on what success looks like. Leaders will go behind your back instead of talking to you directly, and you will constantly second guess yourself. If you value your mental health at all, steer clear of this company.

Concerns about Honesty and Transparency in the Workplace

Pros

You always have lots of work, not sure if it's something positive.

Cons

Observed instances of mistreatment and dishonesty towards employees, which created a toxic work environment. Trust was consistently undermined, leading to significant negative impacts on employee well-being and overall team morale. The management demonstrated a significant lack of experience, which had detrimental effects on the overall functioning of the organization. Their inadequate decision-making skills created numerous challenges for the team. Important strategic decisions often seemed misguided or ill-informed, leading to inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and frustration among employees.

Pros

The product they are selling is amazing! Bunch of people are nice and will treat you with respect. The work will need actual brainstorming, which will improve one's skill.

Cons

All these pros comes at a cost of your mental health. I have explicitly heard stuff from my direct leaders like, "I am disappointed in you", "I don't think you will be able to code this so copy paste it from other code", and, "You don't take this job seriously" If you ask them that it would be good to not say such sentences and that it is not acting as a support. They will say "I am being hard for a reason". Bottom line: you are always wrong. If you are in the lowest ladder of the rug in your team there is not much growth opportunity. Your immediate lead will love to dominate over you and say sentences that might actually break a human's confidence. And tell the directors that their job was not done because you weren't much of a help, the directors will just blindly believe it. Playing victim, pointing fingers and being in the favourite list is the way to the top in this organisation.
