Pros

The only pros are remote workplace, benefits offered and PTO accrual.

Cons

The micromanaging is to an extreme with this company having to be on zoom all day, and having to do aux codes for specific functions. The training is horrendous and constantly add additional duties for you to do and switching between departments. PTO process is frustrating as you don’t hear back with approval 2 weeks before your requested date even though you made a request months ago so makes it extremely difficult to plan vacation.

Pros

Remote work and a paycheck

Cons

When reading all the "positive reviews" on here, keep in mind the company asked employees to write positive reviews because "honest" reviews" are being posted by past and present employees on this site and also indeed. My best advice would be If it seems to good to be true, it generally is! This place is a nightmare!! They can change your schedule every 15 minutes and if you are not in the correct place at the exact time (ie on break, on a call, completing work), you are out of compliance and receive coaching, these are not positive as the company states. Management is completely unorganized and unprofessional, they seem to make up rules as they go along! Favorites are chosen from day 1 of training, apparently, the trainer picks out who she thinks will do well and who will not (again not judged on scores but instead judged on potential suck up status) and that is how you become labeled with cohere from day 1. If you are not trying to fit in or are not liked by your trainer or manager, have no fear, you will not last long! Even if you have perfect attendance and great scores they will find a way to terminate you or force you to quit! This "company" is also highly focused on LGBTQ lifestyles which in a common work setting would be positive, in this group of people, it is known if you don't try to fit in to "their world" and focus on your job duties, you will be out the door! Constant high school drama! Promotions and temp to perm opportunities are only granted if you go out of your way to be fake in order to "fit in to their circles" or have connections to someone higher up.

Pros

Remote working environment. Equipment is provided.

Cons

Constant zoom monitoring. Unrealistic metrics with constantly changing policies and procedures. Too many places where you have to review files and documents for updated policies and procedures. This should be streamlined. Do not consider complexity of case reviewed in metrics. Constantly change skill sets on you. Little training provided. Do not inform you of what your metrics or scorecards are/are based off of until you have a meeting with them 1:1. Multiple different staff auditing your reviews so it is feasible for there to be inconsistency. Daily requests for clinical staff to volunteer to use their PTO due to low volume of work. Constantly pulling you in different directions with little to no notice.
