Pros

Absolutely nothing good will come from this company. I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs. Better options out there!

Cons

HUGE time commitment, operates like a pyramid scheme, door to door marketing, huge upfront costs, takes a toll on your social life, gas and car wear/tear, and not guaranteed to even make money. Also will not lead to a job or help your resume in the slightest.

Pros

The company took the painters to a water park once. That was pretty nice.

Cons

While technically not a pyramid scheme, there are painters, and their managers (“interns”), both of which are made up of solely undergrad college students. The former is responsible for most of the physical work, while the latter is generally responsible for dealing with the business end of things and finding home owners to shell out exorbitant amounts of money for inexperienced work. Above the bottom two rungs we find the permanent management at the company. There may be several levels to this as well, I never interacted with anyone from the actual company while working there, and makes me very suspect as to what they’re really doing.

We’re sorry your experience felt that way. Many find the structure challenging but walk away with real skills and strong results.

Pros

Working outdoors, decent people to work with.

Cons

Very dangerous, exploits young people, managers usually have no experience so the employees suffer the most from this in pay and safety. You get "efficiency pay" which sounds good on paper but depending on the crew your on you could be working 60+ hours a week getting minimum wage, no overtime.
