Pros

The amount they pay you and benefits that they offer

Cons

Overworked and unable to spend time with family. Metrics that aren’t human like due to system issues. Forced to always work 40hrs of overtime every week. Fit for work when your actually sick due to being overworked.

The salary is great. You can rack up in overtime

Cons

The managers are horrible. One is a dictator and doesn't know how to talk to people. All she does is try to find something to write you up on. She doesn't like intelligent black women. She feels threatened by them
