Pros

Recruiter was okay at first.

Cons

Hi Pressure to get you to sales school in Chicago area. TONS of on line prep and sign offs you have to do before school. at least 5 - 6 hours of work just submitting everything. they never warned me of this at all. down played this completely. Did a ride along with an active agent, and that just convinced me NOT to do it. This is just door to door hard core sales. yes, w 2, but so what. still straight commission. and all prospecting everyday wherever you want to drive to

Thank you for reviewing our company. It’s true this type of sales isn’t for everyone, but we do have successful agents who are able to rise to the challenges associated with commission-only selling. It is our goal to prepare them through online courses and in-house training to help ensure that they are well-prepared to be successful. It is unfortunate you were not aware of all the processes required to get up and running, and we will remind our recruiting team to make sure they clearly communicate all the expectations to applicants. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

The paid training was awesome. I was sent from Cali to Chicago and met awesome people.

Cons

After an interim period of "paid training" you go to commission only.... Yet I had only signed up 1 account with very few people and had a very limited pipeline. I had to leave because I could not afford to work for free.
