If the manager doesn’t like you, you don’t stand a chance. I was bullied and made out to be the bad one by people twice my age, no matter how hard I tried. This company and its people care about its image more than its own employees, there is no “community” here. HR would not help me even though I asked them to multiple times and brought them all of my issues. I was threated if I didn’t harass each customer about their products every day. I was threatened if I didn’t have a smile on my face 24/7 of every single day. I was never acknowledged for the good work I did. I am a hard worker and was never valued.
