Pros
Company culture is fantastic, 401K match is amazing, they do a lot to unite the company and take care of employees. Definitely on an upward swing, you'll learn a lot from working here. Complex is always pushing to do better and has done an excellent job owning their market.
Cons
The company has grown really fast in the past few years and corporate mentality is taking over a bit as well as being a "boys club" for the most part. There is a lot of turnover and things can change very quickly with little or no heads up. I was shocked at how young everyone is there, most employees are in their young 20s.
