Everyone is very young, cool, and open to new ideas. Pay is pretty good, which you can't say about some similar publications.

Cons

A lot of miscommunication or just a straight up lack of communication, especially when it comes to big changes. Decisions are made and then announced all of the sudden.

If you work hard, and stay loyal to the company, Complex does reward you. They try very hard to retain good people. There is a friendly team atmosphere, and it's likely you'll make many good friends there.

Cons

Challenging work environment - it's hard to disconnect from work. Keeping a good work/life balance was the main challenge.
