Pros

Good work life balance. Usually a chance to mange your own affairs. The benefits are good and not to expensive and they pay for certifications and school just to name a few things.

Cons

Haven't seen a raise in 2 years, Some on my contract haven't seen them in 5+ years. Not a lot of room for growth.

some of the benefits like vacation

they cut 7 people from our account, added more thing we do for our client and continually harass us to do more and more, this is a very bad company, my managers have no idea how to manage anything, they were hired because they were cheap not for talent.

Good salary and benefits. The people working there were top notch.The management at my store are why I still work there. They go out of their way to help and take care of the sale associates. Benefits are ok for full time employees. They are very good at arranging
