Pros

- Great team and mid-tier Managers - Freelancer-like work environment

Cons

- No corporate values/culture. Everyone cares only to cover themselves. Employees are not interested in the company success - Company spends enormous amount of money and time due to inefficient logistics and outdated internal processes - Top managers completely not connected to the reality. Instead of resolving the logistical mess, they decided to lay off bunch of people to bring the costs down. There is a delusional assumption that the soon to be implemented system will miraculously resolve at once all of the inefficiencies This sounds even more ridiculous considering that it is an IT consulting company, and the C-level management is not familiar with terms such as process optimization or change management, and the complications that arise during new system implementation such as software bugs, missing features, user training, etc.. that can take years to resolve.

Pros

PTO was good, benefits started out OK and went to fair at best

Cons

Incredibly inept management, from the top down. My manager was semi-literate. It was painful to read his emails and embarrassing to hear him read. His communication skills were those of a grammar school student. I am not exaggerating. Completely clueless as to the day to day goings on of his underlings. I never even met him, only ever heard his voice on the phone. Plenty of politics with the associated back stabbing and plotting. Lazy, lying phony gold bricks would prosper as long as they were sycophants. Never any discipline even for the most egregious--and illegal--actions by the brown noser in chief. Corporate office operated as if run by amateurs, having difficulty executing routine tasks. This is not a professional company. Everything is ad hoc and boot strapping. Stupidity and corruption abound.
