I came up with some ideas, they were implemented within 2 weeks, tested for 1 month, evaluated a month later and then were made the new normal. This was an incredible feeling that required open minded management that listened to junior members of staff. Implementing small changes that help better manage the work load was achieved with minimum levels of fuss or senior oversight. The team leaders did their best to manage everyone's workload without seeming oppressive or over bearing and always listened to us. Made us feel really comfortable in these meetings which helps create a counselling type atmosphere. Very rare you walk away from every meeting with your boss feeling better with a more positive outlook on the job, even when you've by chance missed a metric target or underperformed. Decent performance based increases and tiered structures to set goals for the future. I was really pleased to hear about structural pay increases that were greenlit before the pandemic STILL happening as planned afterwards. Really tactful and non-corporate feel to the HR department. They are by many measures beyond what I've come to expect from "HR". Management almost always thanked us at the end of each day. That is really admirable and appreciated. Almost no where will you find this. It helps so much I would encourage HR to make it part of the company policy for team leaders! The whole team loved this.
