      Decent benefits, that's about it.

      A complete disaster of a location in Tempe. The main issue is incompetent senior management, who all seem and look like and manage like it is 1992. Disastrous decision making, coverups of unethical behavior, and hypocrisy abounds. If you read these reviews and think maybe its just sour grapes or the exception to the rule, think again. The program I was in closed down due to mismanagement. I would no wish anyone to work for this company if they value their mental health.

      Terrible training, rushed onto phones

      Work from home is the only PRO

      Cons

      Unprofessional training environment with a plethora of issues Rushed through important information throughout all of training to "make up" for lost time (due to so many people struggling with their equipment or getting IT to fix it quickly) Thrown on the phones as soon as possible with no actual help (A couple of people monitoring chat, no actual transition phase with someone listening)

      I love everything about my job

      Pros

      My team is awesome, flexible, and supportive. The people I encounter outside of my team are equally talented and agreeable. I work with a small group of people on new stuff all the time. Sometimes the work is very difficult but not taxing on my time because the work-life-integration is under my control. I'm a full stack developer - life is grand and the pay is great. Cons: This company is new - I am coming from PK Global, recently purchased by Concentrix along with another company.
