Pros

Paid time off A paycheck They are insured

Cons

Your leadership team is taught to manage metrics. They have a absolutely no idea how to manage a workforce or manage a business. They can offer minimal support to your success. Extremely corrupt, tribal environment. Doesn't comprehend the laws having jurisdiction over their clients, and is thus a dangerous business partner.

Pros

When comparing to other full time remote positions, there are unfortunately no pros about this company or position. literally only pro for this company is its very very easy to get hired in. however your better off either taking the job until you can find a better one, wont be hard, or just not working for them at all.

Cons

Extremely rigid with schedule, have absolutely no understanding or flexibility. The pay is underwhelming and way under what you should be getting when considering the expectations they have for you and your position. Ridiculous security requirements that absolutely do not match they pay they offer nor do they make sense when considering the company and position its for and they are bottom line ridiculous. The company already starts off with zero trust in its employees and wont even directly hire you or let you know their name. management apparently have no communication between themselves and or seem to be incapable of comprehending very simple information directed at them and when you reach out to them they will email you later asking for the same exact information. They also, for the pay, have WAY higher expectations of schedule adherence with high-school like requirements, aka doctors letter etc when you need to make an appointment, we are adults not children unless its an extended leave there is no reason why your employer should be asking for a doctors note. lastly they are insanely rigid with you following their schedule yet expect you to follow their unstable up and down random schedule. its just incredibly uneven they pay you near minimum for frankly standards that they have no right to expect, bump the pay by 8/hr then maybe you can have those standards.

Pros

Paid training was the highlight! My experience with Concentrix was horrible from the beginning application process up to the training. Concentrix has great big clients and they hire people from other international countries. There is plenty of work hours!

Cons

Training was a terrible experience! Concentrix is a company that has multiple clients. I agreed to work for Concentrix because I had done my research and the client I was to work for was a great company. But unfortunately, it was a joke to sit through a rushed training class with the trainer of Concentrix. (Trust me the truth came out when we went into nesting). None of us were prepared. None! She seemed bored with her job and she answered questions for the same 4 employees. When she did pick a different individual to answer the questions who had their hand raised, there were times you could hear in her voice that she was bothered. This made the individual uncomfortable. You could hear it in their voices! The same thing was done to multiple of the employees including me! It was such bad training that when they let us out on the phones the trainer had forgotten to train us on their phone system! Can you imagine the chaos in the chat room when everyone getting calls was asking how do they transfer a call and how do you answer the phones? I can go on and on but I think with what little I have said you can get a picture of what you can expect. My suggestion is go through their clients directly and you might have better luck! Half the class left before training was finished. Oh and when you are almost done with training, you find out that it is going to be either a sink or swim scenario when you really have to answer the calls! No job is worth the stress up to that point!
