      Pros

      It’s a great job for the most part. Will work with schedule changes with you. Depending on the client you get with I’d say working for concentrix isn’t bad at all.

      Cons

      Have to beg for overtime to be approved Promotes any and everybody even if you don’t deserve it which is why MOST of the leaders are trash. Pay doesn’t seem to go up unless you move up

      Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, and nothing

      Cons

      Management, they have a long training, but the training you get is nothing compared to what you see on the floor. When you get to taking calls, you are thrown to the wolves and no one helps even though they claim they will. Be prepared to just get cussed out by every single customer on the phone.

      Training makes the job seem to be really enjoyable, but once on the production floor you get thrown to the wolves Management is rude Pronoun markers are an option, but not taken seriously
