Pros

Low call volume that’s it

Cons

This job is a circus, and you will be just a number. They wait till the day before to tell you about Holidays as far as being off so if you think your going out of town to see family they could careless, they have you email a lead not a manager, not a supervisor but a lead to send your request to which they are going to find every reason not to approve it. My grandma died and they wanted to give me a point yet in the handbook you def get three days off for a grandparent lol not I send my condolences directly to oh you go to the funeral you will have a point! They are very very very micromanagers I mean litterally watching you. Speaking of literally watching you have to set up this camera they give and there’s someone watching you the entire shift. I can’t think of one thing that would make anyone want to work here other than something VERY temporary. If you ever thought you were nothing to a company you have not seen it all. OH not to mention they pay $17 a hour for any and everyone non negotiable only thing they start off with no matter if your have 20 years in experience. If I had to rate the company as a whole it would be a 0 wouldn’t even deserve a 1

Pros

Best Company only if you not expect more salary and no carrier growth

Cons

Report managers are playing politics on the developers and doing favorism to the close friends or their known persons. If you question on their decisions (with respect to the project or raised any concerns about the project operations or technical decisions) then you won't get any salary hike or promotions. And also they will change the reporting manager of the candidate and will provided bad reviews to the candidate while processing the yearly review (appraisal process) since that is doing on the background without knowing you. Especially, these politics are genuinely high in Seattle area.

Pros

Good pay, benefits are decent

Cons

Get written up for things far outside your control and lose promotion eligibility for it. I have worked here for over a year and got written up when I lost my internet due to inclement weather. That was after a year of working here with no behavior issues, no attendance issues or anything. I then find out this verbal warning barred me from getting any promotions and doesn't fall off my record for a year. Poor policy and leadership in my mind that caused that to happen. I know several other co-workers are afraid of having outages or tech issues at the expense of getting written up or terminated. Really affects your performance when you realize things that are not your fault can get you in trouble even if you were a model employee
