      Pros

      Every now and then you get Jets Pizza because they want you to work OT. OT sometimes comes with incentives up to $20 an hour but it is rare. I worked at Warren GM location. The coworkers are great.

      Cons

      You get workes like a dog. Not because of management but because the job itself sucks. It is a call center so you should expect about 35 to 40 calls a day. Every week you get reviewed by quality and I don't agree with their scores sometimes. There is no room for advancement or raise pretty much.
