      Work Remotely, Equipment Provided, Pay Check, Not much more

      Cons

      Constant Concentrix related tech issues in which you are not paid for. Constant shift bids and team lead change so you get a new schedule and a team leader every couple of months. Not a good job for people with other obligations because you will be constantly working different shifts.

      Good people, team spirit, locally. Investing in infrastructure. Working diligently to remove single points of failur

      Cons

      "One Team" mantra only extends to local teams and middle-management. Execs out of touch with majority of workforce. Regularly making decisions that put more of a strain on already taxed personnel, in the name of cost-cutting.
