      HR Dept works well with all needs.

      Favoritism and nepotism and no enforcement of dress code(depends on who you are and who you know).

      Pros

      The company is absolutely fanatical about staff and support what we need to be successful. They also are equally fanatical about clients so when we see what is needed to do what is right for our clients and/or our clients' customers, we are empowered.

      Cons

      We are big and sometimes its difficult to understand all of the cool things we do and offer in the business.

      Pros

      There are a lot of great colleagues and it’s work at home and a paycheck if you have no other options. Customers all over the world and the status of the client.

      Cons

      Yikes, I not 100% sure if it’s just the iTunes department or as a whole. Lack of communication on policies,very dictator monitoring where if you are in in between calls for more than a minute or if you get a 90% positive feedback for one week instead of 92% you are canned even if your other stats are stellar as mine was at8.5 on their metrics. And they cancel your Beni fits the same day and they are very cold and just say you didn’t meet goal clock out after being kind saying it was nice to work with you take care. Let’s say you are more prone to get canned if you are 1 year+. A lot of get advisor and a couple managers that were with the company 3+ years.
