Terrible place to work

Pros

Amazing co - workers on your same level or below

Cons

Terrible company, they are secretive, they hide many things from thier employees, over the last two years they have been randomly demoting people in higher positions and replacing them with people from other countries to pay them less. They highly discourage and will even correct you if you try to discuss your salary, which is a very legal thing to speak on. they have transparentcy as one of the core values at the company but they are the least transparent place i have ever worked. They save all of the positive information to be delivered per upper leader ship and push very hard for leaders whom work one on one with down stream to just deliver the bad news or require more aggressive corrective action until they are all on the separation verge and they can carry it out at any time, If they don't feel you separate your down stream fast enough the leader above will just get the separation approved for you and you are forced to deliver it.

Pros

Met some really great people. And I can work remotely, but that has its downfall

Cons

Never thought you could micromanage, micromanagement but CNX has proved me wrong. With their shady “SecureCX” camera that allegedly doesn’t watch or record you all shift…well it does. I get up every 45-50 min for a walk due to my restless leg syndrome, lasts maybe 3-4 min tops, and my screen locks me out because it doesn’t see me. The light on my camera never goes off so it’s constantly watching me for a crappy $16.22 an hour. It took me 4 years to go over $15 an hour. The camera did it for me as I researched and it is not safe to have biometrics of employees but they are a shady company. Each year you barely get a 10-15 cent raise. They don’t care about employees. Cost of living is through the roof already but after implementing their invasive camera demands, I quit after 5 years.

We strive to always keep a warm and inclusive Concentrix + Webhelp culture at the forefront of what we do. It’s always evolving, just like every company culture should be. We want everyone to feel like their pay reflects the hard work that they have done and the impact that they have made. We’re sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your leaders, pay or work set up during your time here. We’re always reimagining new ways to show how much we value our teams but sometimes you have to roll up your sleeves and tackle the tough stuff. That’s why we appreciate your feedback. It gives us the chance to think about what we can do better. Thanks again for taking the time to send us your thoughts.

Pros

It's a remote job which is good

Cons

Remote job: was told to surrender my health license in several states as I will only be using my P&C license, and that it wasn't the same as canceling the license. Wrong. It's the same thing. I was told that I would need to pay a reinstatement fee to resume it, some states cost more to do so. I was hoping to keep my license active. Also, the trainings are way too long, there are 4 trainers who gossip about certain employees they don't like, one told me they spread malicious lies about me which is cause for a sexual harassment claim. Furthermore, the information is false, but they don't care. I found I was missing 14 hours of pay over two pay periods and called their "Peoples Solutions" line only to be told, after speaking to several people about it, that the Training Sales Manager has to put in the ticket to fix it. Are you kidding me? This is absurd. These remote call center jobs are all "woke" virtue signaling those with differing views from their own. I may get terminated after this review, but I'll be at peace knowing I did something right to help thousands, if not millions, of other employees who go thru there revolving door.
