Pros

Being able to work from home.

Cons

The pay is $3 lower than other companies for the SAME job, their work life balance is poor and they are not flexible at all with schedules, even when you have important family events or emergencies, they will still penalize you. You are expected to work all types of crazy hours with little to no time off allowed, even during slow times. Their system is outdated and has many issues daily. There was always a system or several systems that would be down and they would blame you for not being able to work around these outages with THEIR faulty system. Their platform is also outdated compared to others and the functionality is terrible. All around they need a total revamp of their systems and policies, or there will continue to be a high turnover. I started with over 30 people, and 24 quit within 3-4 months of being hired. Do Not Work For This Company!!!

Pros

Easy to get hired recruitment top notch they will promise you the world

Cons

After 3 years with the company I was fired after I applied for a higher position within. It's a great company of you never want to move up in your career, they will "promote" you and double your work for no pay raise. Upper management has their favorite employees and if you are not in that group they will make it so you want to quit. No matter if your quarterly reviews is well over the company’s set metrics they will find something to criticize your work with. In the 3 years I was with them I seen so many people come and go.

We hear you and appreciate this review. We see you didn’t feel you were fully supported during your time here and it looks like we missed the chance to fix this while you were with us. But we do have a few things in place—like the iRise Mentorship program, individual learning paths and career development opportunities, and multiple wellness options for both our on-site and work at home teams—to lend a helping hand to game changers with concerns just like yours. That should make problems like these, much less of a problem. Thanks again for your feedback—it’s how we get better!
