Pros

Worked with great people here, never had a complaint about any of the managers or coworkers. Always enjoyed the work environment and friendly atmosphere. Had to move is the only reason I left.

Cons

It was too friendly at times. People always holding the door for you, asking if you needed help with anything, picking up shifts if you needed coverage. Management was overly understanding; always there to lend a hand if you had issues or roadblocks.

Pros

It isn't Softmart anymore. Nothing else.

Cons

Harassment is tolerated, and seems to go on with no ramifications. A manager can openly use racist language with HR knowledge and not lose their job. All in all, not a professional environment.

While we don’t comment publicly on personnel matters, Softmart and now PC Connection share common core values such as Respect and Integrity for all employees and our foundations were both built on these principle’s.

Benefits are costly to the company and we subsidize a significant portion of the overall cost to employees. We believe our compensation program offers outstanding earnings opportunities in a performance based environment. Many of our sales employees make well above market compensation as they develop a mature book of business.
