      The good, the bad and the ugly

      Pros

      Many of the people are wonderful. Amount of vacation time is great. Accumulates weekly and increases at specific benchmarks. Five weeks max at ten years or more. Tuition reimbursement as well.

      Cons

      Some of the management is awful. Micromanage in some areas but in others it's as if they don't exist. Some managers clearly have favorites who dispute their flaws, "do nothing wrong." Not very flexible to accommodate doctors appointments or family.

      Thank you for your review of PC Connection. Glad to see you recognize we have a great culture and good benefits here. All of our mangers do get some training periodically and can self-register for courses as needed. We do except our Managers to engage their teams and promote a positive work environment.

      Pros

      Great people, great culture. The benefits are good, especially the time off policy.

      Cons

      The systems are outdated and need to be updated. Overall the company is slow to make changes although there are some departments that are able to move things along more quickly.

      Feels like a family.

      Pros

      Great management with less micromanaging than most places. Everyone supports each other and it really feels like a family. Pay is decent for the area. Lots of opportunities for career growth.

      Cons

      Health benefits could be better. Could be more generous with raises for great employees.

      Thank you for your review of PC Connection. Employees often comment about what great people we have working here, and many of our veteran employees are always willing to help newer employees become successful. We want to preserve this culture and it gets harder as companies grow, but PC Connection has managed to maintain a family atmosphere. We also appreciate your comments on career opportunity and growth. Our compensation and benefit programs are reviewed periodically and find overall they are competitive for like companies.
