9yThank you for your feedback. We appreciate you acknowledging the many advantages of working at PC Connection. We are striving, as you indicated, to improve our systems. Given the complexities of our business we are challenged in how we best do this, but initiatives are in motion to help us drive operational excellence. However, it will be an evolutionary process. Regarding your feedback on management training, not only do we have required training for all new managers, but we also offer many courses on an ongoing basis through PCC University that are made available to all managers throughout the year.

9yThank for your review. We are pleased to hear that you are thrilled with the job and with your Manager. The cubes sizes and design are the result of an ergonomic and efficiency study performed by independent consultants, based on job functions. We found that while high wall cubes offer the perception of privacy, they also seem to encourage a louder speaking voice by occupants. As a result, we are transitioning toward a lower height cube wall for many job functions which not only increases collaboration amongst team members, but allows for an increased awareness of an office appropriate level of speaking volume.
