Pros

people are great. The company is strong and healthy. Benefits are great.

Cons

sometimes the processes can be a bit difficult and manual. a lot of companies are moving to flexible work hours or 9/80 work weeks. Employees like their work/life balance. These could be great incentives.

Thank you for your acknowledgment that the people here are great. We wholeheartedly feel we are fortunate to have so many dedicated folks working here. We do recognize, as you indicated, much more opportunity to improve our systems. Flexible scheduling is certainly viable in some areas already. There are some other jobs where flexible schedules don’t work as well given business requirements.

Pros

Many different roles available, lots of room to grow and build a career, many options for career paths with various focuses, great numbers of individuals on staff with long tenure that are very passionate about moving the company forward, excellent team environment, great mix of experienced long-time employees and fresh talent from the outside. Taking advantage of education reimbursement is an excellent benefit to help advance your career, as well.

Long time required to make changes in infrastructure and tools, with limited agility

Good managers - no micromanagement. Interesting work. Really nice and helpful coworkers.

Cons

Lack of career growth. Travel policies are outdated and need to change to reflect current prices.
