      People and projects. Company is always creating opportunities for its people and truly cares. Leadership is committed to employee development.

      Cons

      No real cons for the company. If any it would have to be workload, however, this is typical to the industry and leadership is always pushing work life balance.

      Decent salary with little to no experience

      Cons

      Very little guidance or support in future goals. No room for growth and as being "over head" you're not likely to experience many pay raises. You'll always be looked at as "second" to the field teams

      Pros

      As far as construction companies go, Consigli is one of the best from a cultural standpoint. You'll feel right at home with your team and executives whether you're on the job site, golfing at the annual tournament or celebrating at Gillette Stadium for the annual meeting.

      Cons

      Work life balance is difficult and often joked about by employees however that is just the nature of the industry. Benefits are good but by no means a gold standard.
