      Support from management to pursue career goals - trainings/certifications sponsored by company. Ability to change job and career path within the company is huge.

      It's construction so the job runs around the clock, meaning holiday time is limited.

      Pros

      There's a great dynamic between the family-owned, tight-knit culture, but also the horsepower of one of the largest GC's in New England. Management is very approachable People are very good at what they do, and are very passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, especially when jobs heat up.
