      Not a good place for women to work

      Decent pay, good benefits (pto, insurance, etc) great people

      Cons

      Lots of sexual harassment complaints. Highly male dominated. Our previous company was acquired, they basically either fired or decreased pay enough for the entire company to leave. Not a good place for growth.
