I really love the culture. The team members are awesome. People and Culture really care about helping us grow and develop. Other departments are great and easy to work with. Lots of room for growth - some places for advancement. Early release Friday`s (if work is done) Benefits 401K, insurance, flexible spending, stock purchase plan, and fitness reimbursement program. Leadership Development Programs and the new Employee Resource Groups! Some remote opportunities to work from home. The CEO is well spoken and enthusiastic about most things! His energy carries throughout the company.
Cons
Most people seem "settled" in the role they are in. My manager can be less receptive to feedback at times, or I feel like my issues are put on the back burner. Growing pains from merging so many companies.
