      Great Company

      Pros

      I have been with the company two years now and have nothing but positive things to say. I started off in an entry level position and was fortunate enough to earn a promotion into a more sales driven role. My direct manager has been nothing but encouraging and helpful throughout my time with the company. The company truly cares about your success and presents reasonable goals/quotas.

      Cons

      Lots of change. You have to have an open mind and have the ability to adapt to different processes. Sometimes communication and transparency with our marketing team can be challenging.

      Customer Relationships are King

      Pros

      I like that on the General Contractor Customer success team, CSMs are expected to contribute to the conversation. CSMs are not micromanaged to just bring retention money in the door regardless. The concept of building strong customer relationships is encouraged vs constant redistribution of account ownership.

      Cons

      Communication with other parts of the business, ie back-office, accounting and other segments of customer success are not seamless. A lot of work spent solving repeat issues based on lack of clarity around communication.

      Pros

      Nice people, great building, underground parking. Pretty flexible to your schedule. Great dental and medical.

      Cons

      In my 6 months at the company, I saw more than 5 people "let go". Not a good thing to see considering some of the people were good performers. There was no clear communication between staff and management. Lots of "meetings" with no actual content, took away from the job you were trying to do.
