      I enjoy working at ConstructConnect as it truly cares about the employees and embraces people-first culture. The company offers plenty of opportunities for everyone to learn and grow. People around always recognize and appreciate hard work. The company has clear goals and makes everyone feel that we are in the know about company information and decisions. It offers flexible work schedules and environment.

      Pros

      The company has new leadership in a new CEO and CTO. There is a lot of excitement over change. Throughout my time here we've had interesting challenges. First was the integration of 8 related companies into a single company culture. Second was the creation/engineering of the single platform for serving the Construction industry in pre-construction activity. We now have the benefit of reviewing what is working and what isn't. I can't wait to see what the next chapter brings! The company is committed to providing a great work environment. Employees can work from home, and management supports a good work/life balance for everyone.

      On occasion we have to support old legacy applications.
